Terms & Conditions, Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

Effective for all tours operated by Lehigh Valley Food Tours, LLC

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions on behalf of yourself and any minor(s) in your party. This agreement is legally binding. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase.

1. Tour Details

Lehigh Valley Food Tours, LLC operates walking food and history tours in Easton, PA. Tours are approximately 1.5 to 2 hours in duration and cover up to 1 mile of walking at a leisurely pace with multiple stops and seating opportunities. 

2. Tickets & Payment

Tickets must be purchased in advance. Tours sell out quickly, and we do not maintain a waiting list.

Ticket prices include the guided tour experience and food samples at designated stops.

Alcoholic beverages are not included in the tour price. If you choose to purchase alcohol at any venue during the tour, you do so independently and at your own expense and responsibility.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds.  Tickets are non-transferable.

If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing us at info@easton-eats.com . We will make every reasonable effort to reschedule you to a future tour date, subject to availability.

Tours operate rain or shine. In the rare event of extreme weather (e.g., heavy snowstorm, hurricane, or conditions that prevent venues from operating), the tour may be canceled and we will work to reschedule affected participants.

4. Accessibility

Almost every stop on our tours is wheelchair accessible. When purchasing your tickets, please note any accessibility concerns in the provided field. Please also notify your Tour Guide at the start of your tour of any mobility or accessibility needs so we can best accommodate you.

5. Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

We are happy to do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions and food allergies. Please note any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of ticket purchase.

IMPORTANT: Food samples are provided by third-party vendors, and we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. You are responsible for asking your Tour Guide about ingredients before consuming any item. Lehigh Valley Food Tours, LLC is not liable for any allergic reaction or dietary incident resulting from failure to inquire.

6. Assumption of Risk

Participation in a walking food tour involves physical activity on public sidewalks, streets, and surfaces in downtown Easton, PA. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all inherent risks associated with participation, including but not limited to: tripping, slipping, or falling on sidewalks, curbs, steps, or uneven surfaces; pedestrian and vehicle traffic; and weather-related conditions. We strongly recommend wearing comfortable, supportive walking shoes.

7. Release & Waiver of Liability

BY COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE, YOU, ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF, YOUR HEIRS, EXECUTORS, AND ASSIGNS, HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, AND DISCHARGE LEHIGH VALLEY FOOD TOURS, LLC, ITS OWNER KYRA LYSYNECKY, EMPLOYEES, TOUR GUIDES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATED VENUE PARTNERS FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, DAMAGES, CAUSES OF ACTION, OR LIABILITY OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN ANY TOUR. THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO: INJURIES FROM TRIPPING, SLIPPING, OR FALLING; FOOD REACTIONS; LOSS OF PERSONAL PROPERTY; OR ANY OTHER INCIDENT OCCURRING DURING THE TOUR.

8. Minor Participants (Under 18)

If you are purchasing tickets for a participant under the age of 18, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of that minor, that you consent to their participation, and that you agree to all terms of this waiver on their behalf. You assume full responsibility for the minor’s safety and conduct during the tour.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lehigh Valley Food Tours, LLC and its representatives from any loss, liability, damage, or cost arising from your participation in the tour, whether caused by your own negligence or otherwise.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising from your participation in a tour shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Northampton County, Pennsylvania.
